You know, of course, that his actions rely soley on him and not registered citizens as a whole?
I find HIS Actions typical of 99% of the sexual offenders behavors as a WHOLE..
There are those who walk the straight and narrow but compared to those who dont?? Its hardly a fair fight for the average family.
