Bella Vista Boy’s Death Caused By Rape And Chronic Child Abuse, Prosecutor Says | Fort Smith/Fayetteville News | 5newsonline KFSM 5NEWS



BENTON COUNTY (KFSM) – The death of a 6-year-old boy in Bella Vista was caused by injuries related to rape and chronic child abuse, according to the Benton County prosecutor.

Maurice Isaiah Torres’ biological parents, Mauricio Alejandro Torres, 45, and Cathy Lynn Torres, 43, were arrested Monday (April 6) and are facing charges of capital murder, rape and first-degree battery in connection to his death, Prosecutor Nathan Smith said. Vicki Henry of WAR (womenagainstregistry) should be able to recruit this mother easy enough.
