Must be a follower of Oncefallen's..I have always maintained sex offenders are not the "brightest Bulbs" in the box. "Devious yes, bright NO" Love to be a "fly on the wall" when the attorney (if there really is one) doing the appeals in NC gets wind of this genius's predicament. Gotta smile, there is a valid reason these freaks make the most vile list in the country and Mr. Campbell is the poster child for it.
