One word: UNCONSTITUTIONAL.

What about the safety of the registrants child in parks? The city may have a big legal issue if a registrants child so much as scraps his/her knee. Why? because it is every parents right to be with their child in public places. Where are we in pre-1945 Germany? A parent is a child's first line of protection. If you take that right from any parent it violates not just the parent's rights but their child's safety. TRUTH

I hardly know which part of your post to respond to first but the above sentence jumps out at me. Bare with me I am on my first cup of coffee so I will try to "word" this the best I can. If we take your thoughts "literally" then one cannot obliterate the actions (crimes) of the registrant in the first place, it directly flys in the face of your argument. Another words, when I chose to become a mother and my child's safety and well being was paramount I didnt rob banks even when I was unsure of how I was going to pay the electric bill that month. I knew the long term consequences of robbing a bank outweighed my electric being turned off.
"" A parent is a child's first line of protection" Yes they are, and since we both agree with that statement one must ponder how a parent or a person considering being a parent (who is a registrant) can rationalize one child's protection against another's for strictly biological circumstances. Your position is that (if I am interpreting correctly) is a registrants crime and or repercussions is negated if (1) have existing children and or (2) decide to breed. If there is anything you need to understand about my position on this issue it is I take a very dim view of persons who will throw everything they have or hope to have at the wind for the fleeting sensation of "getting off". In as crude as it sounds, at the end of the day thats what sex crimes are.
