Now Gail Colletta is really rich on this testimony. She attempts to play the "victim" and goes into detail that she was abused (which I dont believe) to pull at the heartstrings of the dias. What she blantantly left is her deranged son is sitting in a prison for indulging in this behavor.. looking and actively searching for infants being sexually abused is not an accident as she and her cohort (Victoria) want to imply. The bill specifically states a "second offense" Its obvious these women did not do their homework prior to attending this meeting..even I was embarrassed for them.. "unintentional" yea right??
