I have dedicated the last twenty years to educating myself on the issues of the public, the judicial system and law enforcement in relation to convicted sex offenders. It is far more complicated than most people think. In fact the general public overall think that the systems that have been financed with their hard earned dollars for their protection are in force and working. I am here to tell you they are not. In fact, the more I learn, the more disappointed and disgusted I get.
