Why? What does WAR have to do with this? You're a dim bulb Val.
Umm lets ponder that question, shall we?
1) she is married (banging) a sex offender
2) she is a substitute teacher. Seems many war members are (teachers) which is scary in itself.
3) she failed to report abuse
4) She allowed a child (minor) to be in proximity to a registered sex offender. (must be the old " I know he is my soulmate and he would NEVER touch a child" bullshit.
5) Virginia McCord has all the markings of a WAR member. Deny Deny Deny..
6) She needs her own registry just like the broads at WAR..
