The lawmakers who act as judge for these guys are all honest..they wouldnt lie would they?

""7-10-15 Illinois:

BLOOMINGTON — A requirement that Illinois sex offenders report all Internet sites they use to police is unconstitutional because it violates the offenders’ free speech rights, according to a ruling by a McLean County judge.

Judge Robert Freitag agreed with arguments from the defense lawyer for Mark Minnis, 22, of Normal, that state law is overly broad in its mandate that all e-mail addresses and sites a sex offender uses or plans to use, including Facebook, must be registered with police"

I hardly consider this a "win" for offenders. They already use social media sites "restricted or not" as often as the wind blows. The one thing I have observed over the years is giving sex offenders an inch of rope they will ultimately "hang themselves" by abusing it. It's textbook. Its only a matter of time before Minnis goes down for another crime and here is the reason why. He overtly went out of his way to "hide" the fact he was active on the most "high profile" social media site in the country. He got caught and some Bottomfeeding attorney took the case and sued. That doesn't negate the fact he was attempting to "circumvent" the terms and conditions of his release or societies expectations of him. He is a loser and he will go down again. Social media is like Candy to a baby, its the same with sexual abuse, the longer a freak gets away with it, the more brazen and bold they become until in their "deviant minds" they actually think its OK.

The foundation to the first 10 amendments to the U.S. Constitution is that the criminal has "interests" in the actions of the State against him. Therefore, he gets an attorney, doesn't have to talk, get a process before he is punished and he gets the understanding that the State can't continue to punish, among other RIGHTS.
What I am doing is forcing a recognition of this "interest" in the registry. No court case has ever established any fundemental interest of an offender to not be listed on a registry.
I have established that interest. As soon as it is recognized in the law, that interest will be recognized in ALL cases.
