There is a valid reason sex offenders are not allowed on Facebook. Doesnt matter whether you AGREE with the premise or not. Many offenders feel its a way of bucking a system they percieve as being unfair and unjust. What that is really telling the world is your not a person who can or will respect boundaries even at your own peril.

God you're a stupid-ass who thinks she knows the law. In MOST states, sex offenders ARE allowed and legal to be on Facebook. As many offenders as you've probably reported, very, very few are off Facebook. You don't run the fucking show bitch. You are NOT the end all be all of the law. Get over yourself. God, I can't fucking stand stubnorn, stupid know it alls like you.
You Alcoholigator.

Judges have ruled in three states that banning sex offenders from using social media is unconstitutional.
If three states with California Possibly joining to make 4 I doubt those numbers would support your "MOST" states comment. umm 4 out of 50 plus its U.S. territories, like I always say, "Liars and sex offenders can figure, figures dont lie" 4 in this case doesnt equate to "Most". I believe you officially retain the "stubborn and stupid title"

Valigator said...

although certain states are determining what may and may not be constitutional where social media sites are concerned, Facebook has never swayed from its Policy that Sex offenders are not welcome and continues to run a page that allows users to "report" offenders utilizing their site.

And Lord knows you feel the "calling" to report said offenders. One day you're going to mess with the wrong person and Hell will hit the fan. That will be the day you will wish you weren't such a bitch.

Valigator said...

Oh I dont report offenders on Facebook anymore..I USE them as a perfect example of how offenders can never follow the rules or boundaries set forth by society and or private entities. But the beauty is also I point out how "advocates" like Gail Colletta, Shana Rowan and other loudmouths "convienantly" overlook those trangressions by offenders to hold communication lines open with them and their minutemen. Genius dont you think? Rather like Nambla/RSOL genuinely believes intergenerational sex with kids and men should be ok,so in their mind they dont have to obey societies rules that say otherwise. Get that numbnut?

Val...I understand in some ways how you feel, but not all RSO's are true offenders. I by no means would ever excuse the molestation of a child. I think it's sick. But there are plenty if false allegations, romeo-juliet cases and other non-offensive offenders. You seem to lump them all into obe large pile. That's just not fair. There are some 800,000 rso's today, and I'm betting half of them are mild transgressions. As for advocates like Gail Coletta, I understand why they fight. One mistake can ruin an entire life. The law doesn't list Arsonists, murderers or home invaders. Those crimes hurt children too. It's a tough tightrope to walk.

Valigator said...

Anonymous writes "But there are plenty if false allegations, romeo-juliet cases and other non-offensive offenders" Oh really?
Kinda of a broad statement dont you think?
1) True Romeos should be taken of the SO list immediately. Like Yesterday.
2) True Romeos have the ability to petition off the registry in every state.
3) False allegations? Those "proven" to have lied about a sexually based crime should have very HARSH repercussions.
4) Other Non-offensive offenders? Last time I read any one states definition of a sexual crime they all seemed pretty offensive to me? So Not quite sure what you mean by that?
5)Your betting "half" of them are mild transgressions? Dont bet the grocery money, You would starve. Look up your own zip code and tell me when your finished how many convictions would be considered "Mild trangressions"?
6) A "Mistake" is putting too much pepper in the soup, not committing a sex crime.
7) There are list of murderers, arsonist and home invaders. They are on your states Department of Corrections website.
Make no mistake with your attitude you may as well paint "victim" on your forehead. Your an crime waiting to happen. THE DOC is releasing the worst of the worst out everyday, dont pretend you havent read the turnstiling of criminals (any criminal) in the papers, its no different for sex offenders.

This won't see daylight either, but just so you know...you are a coward for not allowing my comment showing that it is not against the law in almost all states for former offenders to use social media. You cannot refute facts with your nasty rhetoric and you know it.
And you will never find any support or evidence for your lies that RSOL supports underage sex with adults because it is not true.

Valigator said...

We were talking of (Facebook) and Now its all Social media????

Look I can play the game but you need to stop changing the rules.

I have all the support and evidence I need to KNOW RSOL does indeed support underage sex with adults, otherwise why would you keep trying to alleviate any sanctions that pertain against it?

Anonymous said...

In my particular state, there are 630 tier 1, 475 tier 2, and 76 tier 3. Tier 3 are the so-called flaming perverts, while tier 1 are the mildest. This is John Walshes system, not mine. I just don't think that person who is of age and has sex with somebody who has a guilt ridden tripout deserves to be on the registry. It reeks of aoney making political scheme. The registry is by and far useless. It promotes targeting of not only the rso, but his or her innocent family members.

Valigator said...

You might want to research exactly what constitutes a Tier 1 and the crimes and remedies for that classification. For offenders who were not previously classified, Tier 1's have recieved a Christmas present compared to the previous mandates. A Tier I sex offender must register for 15 years, but with a clean record (as defined in the act) the registration is reduced to 10 years (§§ 111, 115).in some states, often that can be applied retro-actively. Another words where there was no tier levels it was a lifetime registration, many offenders are coming off the registry daily and many states do not publically list tier 1's.

Valigator said...

States vary in their definition of what defines a Tier 1 but as an example:
Tier 1 sex crime convictions include:

•Criminal Sexual Conduct (CSC) 4th degree against a victim aged 18 or older
•Assault with intent to commit CSC 2nd degree against a victim aged 18 or older
•Indecent exposure with self-fondling in front of minor
•Possession of child sexually abusive material (child pornography)
•Unlawful imprisonment/restraint of a minor
•A sex offense committed by a “sexually delinquent person”
•Surveillance of or distribution, dissemination, or transmission of a recording or image of a minor with a reasonable expectation of privacy
•A violation of a state or local law that, by its nature, constitutes a sexual offense against a minor
•A substantially similar offense to the ones described above under the laws of another jurisdiction
•An attempt or conspiracy to commit any of the above
No where did I read some girl "be trippin" over guilt and some poor bastatrd end up on the registry. The law is quite clear, they dont prosecute for "consentual" sex when the two parties are within 4 years of each other with the minor being no less than 14. So if you think the majority of offenders fall into that category your wrong and anything outside that category deserves to be on a list. Some of the above listed crimes are far too generous in my eyes to be listed as a Tier 1, so I am not quite sure what your bitchin about.

Anonymous said...

You are less competent than I thought. Facebook is one specific piece of social media. It isn't changing the rules. No state has laws specific to Facebook; any such type law will pertain to all of social media.
And--using your own rhetoric--I am typing slowly for you. RSOL does not "keep trying to alleviate any sanctions that pertain against" underage sex with adults except that which is classified as "Romeo and Juliet." RSOL does not advocate for anyone to break the laws of any state. Those who commit sexual crime should receive appropriate punishment. Up to here we are in agreement. RSOL believes that the laws than govern sex offenders from this point on should be based on facts and empirical evidence and be focused on rehabilitation and prevention, while you feel every sex offender should suffer and be punished as long as he lives. RSOL believes that there should be much more focus on the healing of past victims and preventing future ones while you, for all your talk about torn, bloody bodies, do not propose anything that will address or even acknowledge virtually all victims of child sexual abuse which is at the hands of people who are not registered offenders but rather people close to the children as relatives, friends, or acquaintances.

Valigator said...

Now I could go into the Tier 11 and 111 definitions but suffice it to say, 99% of RSOL's, WARS, FAIRS members are Tier2 and 3's. Thats why the mad dash to abolish the registry because the crimes are considered too heinous in the eyes of society. If tier 2's and tier 3's dont bother you? Then your blind and can look forward to me forever attempting to tighten the noose around their necks.

Anonymous said...

Ah, you're lying again, girl, but you won't let this print, will you? Being cowardly again. Wouldn't let my last one print, would you? Is logic and fact too much for you?

Valigator said...

"" RSOL does not advocate for anyone to break the laws of any state. Those who commit sexual crime should receive appropriate punishment."
Thats a punchline RSOL uses on its homepage, I havent read one RSOL's member who thinks the punishment they recieved was appropiate.Teir 111's or those designated sexually violent predators scream the loudest in your group who think they are all OVERPUNISHED when in reality the public would still like to see them behind bars.
"" RSOL believes that the laws than govern sex offenders from this point on should be based on facts and empirical evidence and be focused on rehabilitation and prevention""
Another punchline from RSOL. Your group has not to date developed a rehab/prevention program that has any state or mental health agency looking at it. Where is it? What does it comprise of? Where can I go to read a comprehensive plan for rehab/prevention in its entirety that merits what states can adopt? What? your "second chance bullshit act"? Is that what you think rehab is? Our states are spending fortunes on "treatment programs" supposenly developed by the best and the brightest, and you people are still chewing the public up and spitting them out. Whats your prevention program? I always laugh at that one. When those high dollar college graduates can't figure what makes you guys tick I am suppose to lend an interesting ear to what plans an offender and or his family offer? YOU people couldnt see what was going on under your roofs but you want to offer MY family a prevention program? Umm you dont mind if I choke on that one right? Honestly you must realize how ludicrous that sounds.

Anonymous said...

No, dear, don't mind if you choke at all; feel free. And no, we don't want to offer your family anything. Unless you differ massively from the rest of your family, it would be casting pearls before swine.

Okay, I take it back. All life has value, even yours. Don't choke.

And I have cast enough pearls today, so goodby--until we meet again.

"Facebook is one specific piece of social media. It isn't changing the rules. No state has laws specific to Facebook; any such type law will pertain to all of social media."" As I am writing this various states are in the process of determining the rules for sex offenders and social media sites. This forum originated with the "Facebook" discussion but since you want to expand it, all I can say is the Senate is still out is some states regarding this issue. MY POINT which I did not sway from was and I repeat "FACEBOOK" does not want sex offenders on their site, but since SEX offenders dont agree with that policy they intentionally go out of their way to "buck that policy" and will opening admit it. Thus my point, and we come to full circle, Sex offenders will indeed circumvent restrictions (1) if the opportunity presents itself (2) they dont agree with the restrictions and (3) most important, they dont WANT to adhere to the restrictions. Kinda like if a freak had his eye on my daughter, he knows he isnt suppose to put his hands on her, but he wants too so there fore he does without regard to the potential legal repercussions or any personal boundaries my daughter may have set. Typical sex offender mindset.

Valigator said...

Dont think I am sitting here with Baited breath waiting for you to post a response, idiot. If I get to you, I get to you, as usual sex offenders think its "all about them"..I learned long ago this dialogue will end up going no where and nothing will be gained by it. You wont answer any of my questions, you wont respond with anything pertinent and all you will do is bitch and moan and attempt to take a pithy jab at me to brag to your other RSOL members about. potato podato "but thats ok" because other readers will follow the forum and at the end of the day? Will see why you guys need to be on a short leash.

Valigator said...

So where is the rehab/prevention plan????? Just as I thought..

Face it, your plan is to let all offenders go back underground and throw them up against the wall and see what sticks and what slithers to the floor..

Unknown said...

1. Reduce the registry to those deemed a threat to public safety using the most effective predictors.

2 Divert as much money as possible into programs that:

a. enhance rehabilitation and successful re-entry for first time offenders-targets those least likely to re-offend.

b. provide services for those who have been victims-targets past victims.

c. mandate comprehensive and effective education and prevention programs in all schools and communities-targets present and future victims.

This shifts the focus from punishment to prevention and to past, present and future victims. The current system does not address the victim.

Valigator said...

http://www.ojp.usdoj.gov/programs/victimservices.htm
The above is Just one federal program. States have many of their own directed towards "victim services". so I am not sure what your saying with the "current system" does not address the victim.
Much of the Adam Walsh Act and individual states are implementing with plenty of money I might add, re-entry programs for offenders (all offenders) so the . ""Reduce the registry to those deemed a threat to public safety using the most effective predictors" is doing that with risk assessment legislation ( I still am not totally sold on who is doing the assessments after my long observations of Jill Levenson, but thats a fight for another day. Also tier 1 offenders as I mentioned above have the registration period of 15 years with the ability to knock it down to ten, which is a huge leap from the old "lifetime" requirement.

Valigator said...

"mandate comprehensive and effective education and prevention programs in all schools and communities-targets present and future victims.""

Lauren Book is in the process of having her program implemented in schools as I write. But for many years there have been "government sanctioned" child abuse programs already used in schools. These programs are being studied and rated for effectiveness and the average is a three year grant study. ""The Office on Child Abuse and Neglect awarded several grants to programs that utilized school resources for the prevention and treatment of child abuse and neglect. The three-year demonstration projects focused on collaboration between child protection agencies and school systems; education for parents, teachers, and children about child abuse and neglect; and the involvement of school staff in prevention and intervention. This report summarizes the service approaches and lessons learned by 11 demonstration programs as noted in their final reports. The projects found that training was effective in enhancing knowledge about the signs of child abuse" so again I am not quite sure why you think "prevention programs" are not being implemented? They (federal) go as far back as 1997 and some on a state scale back to the 80's.

Anonymous said...

The last thing we need is that blonde airhead Lauren Book running any programs until she has someone cut daddy's strings off her or surgically remove his hand from her ass. Book is an even bigger blight on this issue than you are.

Valigator said...

thats punchline on Lauren is as old as I am. But its always nice that Mr. Book has a "birdseye" view of the situation since he has so much swag in it, dont ya think? Your group probably hasnt climbed out of the last hole Mary Duval put you in with the Book foundation, but I'll be sure to forward your regards to him.

Anonymous said...

Fuck Ron Book and his slutty ass daughter. All that money couldn't save her marriage or free her from daddy Book's control. Book made his money by political corruption. People know South Florida is a cesspool, and someday Ron will either end up in prison or as the next Jimmy Hoffa, while his skanky bitch of a daughter ends up in the funny farm.

Valigator said...

The above comment describing Mr. Book and his daughter is very indicative of how offenders feel about "victims" and or those who advocate against such crimes and the people who commit them. I may have to take back my earlier comment on Derek and attribute "anonymous" to him. It has all the "rings" of Derek Logue aka Oncefallen about the Books.

Anonymous said...

LOL, you're even dumber than you look, Val. I guess it never occurs to you that not only can anyone post here as "anonymous" but that more than one person on this planet has no love for Ron and Lauren Book. They have shit on so many people, they're lucky they didn't get their asses beat for all the harm they have caused people. But no, attribute everything to some guy living 1000 miles away because you're a stupid paranoid cunt who has an unhealthy obsession. That's Valigator logic for you, and that is why you're still a joke even among your peers and will never be taken seriously.

Valigator said...

There is that word "seriously" again??? coming from someone who doesnt have the kahuna's to stand under their own name for what they believe in..

Valigator said...

knock it off Derek your way too obvious man, way too obvious. What meds arent balanced AGAIN?

Anonymous said...

You are so silly, Val. You should knock it off. You just don't get it, do you? Nobody likes you. You're all alone, even among your peers. They mock you behind your back. Your local police laugh at you. Every one of your enemies laugh at you. EVERYONE laughs at you. You are our comedy relief. Whenever we are in the mood for a good laugh, just read Valerie's drunken rants. You're just way too fucking stupid to see how silly you are, and you don't need makeup to be recognized as the clown you are. Keep on dancing, bitch.
