Val are you scared doing what you do? Especially since this came out? Probably a silly question. Anyway we wish you good hunting and a bountiful of heads for your wall.

Ms.Parkhurst, great peice in Newtimes. I happen to know Gail Colletta and her family. She was stretching the truth to say the least with her tales of Alex. Her constant Pro-diva stance as you call her is a constant source of irritation and imposition on all who know her. Most people knew it was only a matter of time with that kid. Anyway good luck and God bless. Wont print my name due to the fact I have to interact with her on occation

Must have hit a button with all the sex offenders, they sure dont like you. Thier feeble attempts to counterstrike falls short. Be careful and May the Lord look after you.

Then of Course we have our detractors who seem to get pretty pissed at the idea of someone tightening the noose on these freaks.

"mrs. parkhurst YOU NEED TO WATCH YOUR BACK"

Valigator, what kind of name is that? We are watching you!!

wow alot of e-mails in the last couple of days ..but what is troubling is many are asking for advice on how to deal with an over abundant amount of sexual offenders/predators in the neighborhood, what kind of software I recommend for a heightened security for their kids on social networking sites? wow I am amazed at the amount of people who are genuinely concerned about this issue, need answers and want more education on exactly who and what sex offenders are and what they are capable of..I'll do my best..

First off the public (despite cries of the opposite) coming from anystate RSOL, U.S.A. Fair, Florida Action committee and a myriad of others, lie..they all lie. Why? Because the majority of their membership are sex offenders or they are involved with the sex offender. They go to great lengths to pursuade YOU the Public how over prosecuted they are. Never fall for it. Then they go on to use examples of how thier status (conviction) was for dating an underage girl, accidently clicking the wrong button and ending up on a Child Porn Site, "this one always slays me" for no other reason than because they think the average person falls for it.. and one of my personal favorites "I drank too many beers and Pissed on the side of the road. While some of you may think these may be valid interpretations of thier arrest? Let me be the first to inform you. Without court records in your hot little hands, never, ever, never take an offenders version of his conviction on (his face value) why? They lie they all lie!!!

Mary wrote: There is an new offender down the street who is the brother of a lady I have been friendly with for years. I am not sure how to react to her now. I looked up his crime and his victim was a minor, I dont want my kids around this guy, what do I do?

I am copying some e-mails due to the fact I want complete safety for people who contact me..

Me, I would walk right up to her and say I have been alerted "such and such" name is living at your address..what was his crime? She will no doubt dance..but never change expression and ask again what was his crime? She will stumble verbally and minimize what ever his crime was and ask her again, do you have the "court transcripts" of his conviction? She will lie and tell you No, but that is when you say. I am not comfortable with this and I am willing to look at all sides..Get me the court records otherwise I will go out of my way to make sure he does not stay in proximity to MY CHILDREN. Period and walk away. Now the burden is on her. If your neighborhood cant live with his conviction after she has produced it? GET HIM OUT!!!!Keeping in mind, families dont choose their relatives, she may very well not want him there either..

Keeping in mind I am in Florida and more familiar with Florida's laws or (lack thereof) of enforcement than I am with other states. On Florida's sex offender registry you will see the name, address, age, Tattoo's (never country of origin) which burns my backside and a myriad of other info. If their conviction was in Florida? You will be given a DOC number with a link to the Department of Corrections.. now walk with me..that is an important link because it list all his or her run-ins with the law for drugs, break-ins etc that the FDLE flyer wont show. KNOW the devil your dealing with and the DOC will give you more criminal history than a sex offender flyer will.
