""Screw you Val. You don't want to face me,"" face you??? your the one slithering in under anonymous, you dont even have the balls to write your name, numbnuts..

You really don't want to meet me anyway dear. It wouldn't be a pleasant "tea for two" get together. I also don't trust that you'd meet me on even footing. I'd be walking into a live gator trap. I live in Seattle, so if you make it out this way, we can chat it up over seafood po-boys, eh? RL (Wanted to make sure you know who you're talking to sweetie.) By the way, you're not a very nice person at all. No compassion in your heart and everything is black or white...no in-between.
No I am not a nice person when it comes to this issue. and Yes I do see black and white not many shades of gray on this topic. I have never pretended otherwise.
It'll haunt you one day and I'll read about it. There will come a day when you piss off the wrong person. You should be careful and try to look at things in a more "liberal" manner. But hey, it's your life...live it like you want. RL
READ THE BLOG RL- go back and really read the blog especially some of the earlier stuff.
You have such a hard-on for people as myself who are drowning in these guys in Florida. In fact its amazing (if you are in Seattle) that you actually have the balls to offer up a suggestion of a more "liberal" approach to persons as myself. I refuse to split hairs with you on this issue when your obvious goal is to act "tough" and show off to your fellow sex offenders/families and havent read any of the rest of this blog that offers up some sort of rational approach to this issue. But hey, you and your groups just keep doing what your doing (its obviously working out so well for you) and I will keep doing what I am doing. (which is working out alot better for me). Think about about it? Who has more "legal wins" under their belt? I do.
Government agencies, local police and other entities are already questioning the sensibility of the flawed registry. It's proven that it doesn't protect children, but in fact harms many innocent people. Those are facts Val, not double-talk. Within the next 20 years, the registry will no longer be public and you'll be out of the harassment business...it'll just be a file in the police stations. Watch and see...if you don't drink yourself to death first. RL
RL says """Government agencies, local police and other entities are already questioning the sensibility of the flawed registry.""" who says RL? YOU and your sex offender buddies? In fact If memory serves me which it does well despite any fog of alcohol you may think I am under, the only persons espousing registry cost are pervs or state funded voodoo doctors who want the market on you and your freaks. C'mon its me your talking too. Obviously still didnt read the blog, The registry was never intended to "Protect anyone" ..its a "tool" to access those who have been convicted of sexually based crimes in our society..the "protection" is left up to those who access the registry and act a accordingly..
Do you even take into consideration the children that are exposed by the registry? The spouses? Even the family pets? C'mon, Val; you can't possibly be serious. It IS a tool to cast fear and it's not up to vigilantes such as yourself, Rowe, Farris, etc, to go around harassing offenders because of it. The newspapers are beginning to list gun owners. How will you feel when your name, address and such are published for everyone to see? It's coming dear and you're not going to like it one bit. I digress....you're in the minority, but your mouth opens so wide that you demand to be heard. It does get boring and very unladylike sweetie. For once in your life, do some thinking and quit acting impulsively. You might be surprised to hear what your logical brain really has to say. RL
I dont harrass anyone RL. And if you read the blog you would get that. "unladylike" ?? that one made me smile, I wonder how "ladylike" your comments would appear to someone who stumbled on this forum? and yes I demand to be heard. If only to offset that never-ending drool that comes from she was 17, he was 18 bullshit. My blog is based on Logic, but you obviously dont have the inclination to decifer it.
Lets do stand back and take the "Do you even take into consideration the children that are exposed by the registry? The spouses? Even the family pets?" comment. I always find this one a little perplexing in the debate. If you bothered to read the blog I addressed this in multiple post. But in the same vain, if Joe the offender has no qualms about throwing his own family under the bus by crossing the line on sex crimes and becoming registered, why is it my first obligation to consider his family when he did not? Taking it one step further (if you read the blog) You will see that I advocated for a lessor registration period for (certain crimes) if the offender had walked the straight and narrow and had no subsequent violations of any kind. Now keeping in mind that I have spent more time on websites for offenders wives and families "acting" as support groups than I would like to admit, it is woefully apparent that many "wives and mothers and family members" have a very unhealthy symbiotic realtionship with each other. The majority of their forums deal with how to "get over" on the system or in the bulk of situations diminishing/minimizing the crime itself. I have often stated that not only do offenders need a registry, the women who sleep with them do also. Dont take my word for it, spend some time on these "support" websites, even You will be left shaking your head on the crap they relay to each other. A healthy guess would leave one to estimate a full 1/2 of these families children would be better off having The Department of Children's services removing the kids from the home.
That last comment you made was actually filled with common sense and a lack of anger, which I find surprising, yet fresh. I see your points, but I fail to understand why you disagree with the "she was 17, he was 18" argument. Do you really feel that the 18 yr-old should be penalized? I feel, as a woman, that a 17 yr-old girl understands as much as the 18 yr-old boy....just saying. RL
The States did take a rational approach to the 18/17 year old "consentual" relationships. The Infamous "ROMEO" Legislation. With that being said the usual and customary window is (4) years of each other ( I pushed for 5) with one being the adult. Operative word being "consentual". But like clockwork the RSOL groups love to use this circumstance as the poster child for all things "sex offender". I am under no illusion of what a 17 year old girl is capable of sexually, I doubt most people are. Even the States have recognized it. But my tolerance level disappears with an age range beyond that. If you spend any time at all on those "support groups" I mentioned, you'll find a real collection of stories involving 13,14,15 year olds involving men 28,30 and even up to 40 involved with these girls and the traditional fallback from the wives, mothers and girlfriends resort to the "she was a slut" angle. Well she may very well have been a "slut" and even trolled the Boulevard for compensation for sex, "But in the eyes of the Law and even more so in the eyes of a healthy society" we do not use our children, even throw away children as sexual vessels. With the onset of a person becoming a "legal adult" in this country they are afforded certain rights and privledges they didnt have as minors. With those privledges comes responsibility and REPERCUSSIONS. Ya cant obliterate the repercussions simply because "nature was calling" and the guy wanted to "get off", hell we may as well be primates still on 4 legs. If you go back to these post, you wont find much anger in mine. On the otherhand yours seethes with it. At this juncture you should know even the most vile post directed at me doesnt move my blood pressure even a point.
I'm getting really tired of hearing sex offenders whine about things like facebook, Halloween, going to parks, or being on a registry. If sexual deviancy hadn't been involved there wouldn't be a need for a registry. This includes r and j cases. When I was a teen I knew not to mess with someone four years younger... not a reason to validate actions just cause they are teens. I think if RSOs would stop being crybabies and used their energy to help stop child abuse maybe things would be better rather than constantly trying to minimize their past behaviors. The registry is only going to grow and laws, for most part, won't change. RSOs need to accept it. Eventually there will be over a million RSOs and they will become their own subculture. They will get tired of the laws and might retaliate, causing a serious increase of violent crimes. Also, RSOs aren't the only one's society is coming down on with tougher laws so stop whining and do what it takes to educate people on how to stop child abuse before it starts. It's worth a try. NO MORE VICTIMS.
I agree with (most)all you wrote ..the sentence "They will get tired of the laws and might retaliate, causing a serious increase of violent crimes." Offenders have been online threatening that for years. In my old age I have observed a couple of Offender behavors. Child molesters are cowards and spineless. Thats why they go after kids. Or they feel they are "OWED" due to the pressures of everyday life. Either way they deserve a bullet to the brain. Rapist hate their fellow human beings and are Opportunist to the highest degree, Thier motivation is power and anger and rage and it doesnt matter if the opportunity is with a 5 year old or an eighty year old, again the solution is a bullet to the brain. An offender who hasnt been convicted is not under any laws or RSO restrictions and yet they continue to retaliate against society until they are officially designated. Then like clockwork they use the registry as their (tale of woe) when in reality they had issues long before they made the list. The one overwhelming coincidense when observing either sex offender support groups or victim support groups is the prevalence of sexual violence woven thru the family dynamics in one fashion or another. Friend of the family, relative of the family or even a transient encounter (neighbor) with the family seem like common denominators of registrants. Repeat offenders just go on the warm body theory and hit whatever is convienant. It would seem the further we keep these deviants from an unsuspecting public the better off we would be. So registrants can whine and moan all they want, but "retaliation" against the system isnt what will drive them, its their own self-serving compulsive drive to "get off" that fuels these freaks. I havent seen an offender yet who crawls up on a water tower and takes pot shots at passerby's to date. Why? cause they KNOW a swat team sniper would take them out and they put too much value in their worthless asses for that scenario. When you figure out how to educate a 5 year old whose world revolves around Barbie dolls on how to prevent a 200lb. freak from fondling her let me know. Until then, my education solution is to put a bullet in the offenders brain one by one until those even "contemplating" such a horrendous act would think better of it.
Educating would be to have a few of these worthless offenders paraded in prisonware in a junior high auditorium with handcuff's and shackles on their legs with 3 uniforms surrounding each of them "espousing the repercussions of not keeping their hands off and zippers up of those the rules specifically spelled out is against the Laws in our society" That would educate a few "would be" "upcoming" potential offenders.
You are such a lying sack of shit, Gator. You threw that anonymous comment on there and acted like it was just somebody commenting. I'm the only person looking at your fucked-up blog, so I know now your lying reaches new heights every day. You have major problems and need help BAD. Admit it to yourself and go to whatever facility will take your sorry ass. You suck, you know that? RL
Just wanted to say it wasn't Val commenting. I used anonymous because I'm computer illiterate and don't know how to post it otherwise. I'm Randy. I've been reading these sex offender sites and am not impressed. RSOs fight for unimportant stuff mostly. The only legitimate fight I've seen is to be able to attend church case in N.C. church can help anyone live the right kind of life. I just think if RSOs really want a better life in society they should take full responsibility for past actions, fight strongly against child abuse, and fight for no more victims on a personal level. This takes a lot of work from both the offender and the community. Seems nobody really is trying everything to see what works best. Murder is not the answer. That just puts a bandaid on an open wound. Other than that, all else Val said in her response coinsides with what most psychologists say about sex crimes.
Randy I use the "bullet in the brain""needle in his arm" comments more literally than I would like. After reading some horrendous stories of sex crimes with my coffee in the morning one is hardpressed to come up with another solution for some of these folks. I am very pro-death penalty especially after watching the "system" revolve the worst of the worst back out to feed off the public. But you make an important observation that most "offender groups" are not even aware of and in my opinion diminishes any efforts even "valid efforts" on their part. Sex offenders go out of their way to differentiate the "types" of crimes committed and the resulting penalties. But they Unite together as a "fellowship" when it comes to the laws and repercussions of their convictions. I'll use "Ricky Duval" Mary Duval's son as that poster child. From everything I have read Ricky was INDEED the poster child for a "romeo conviction" his mother attempted to "right a wrong" but in her efforts she aligned with and fought for anything with sex offender status. I see no common denominators that would have me chit-chatting with a rapist or a lowlife child molester on a daily basis to form a cohesive group to fight sex crime laws. Hey maybe its just me but Mary Duval as vocal as she was shot herself in the foot when she formed these alliances.Over the years an outsider could visually see Mary morph into an advocate that saw no "shades of gray"on this issue. If registrants don't want their crimes/punishments universally tagged by society? Why do they unite as a group? Rapist and child molestors hide under the protectionisms of these factions and these same factions are too stupid to acknowledge it. Thats why they will be defeated at every juncture.
Take some very vocal sex offenders for example. They spend more hours in a day "researching" Anti's than they do "talking each other down" from their next crimes. Rather they talk themselves UP into a frenzy on their percieved injustices, spout the "leave sex offenders alone and educate the children" mantra. Like I said above, trying to educate a baby whose world is as big as her dog and her Barbie dolls about the sexual inclinations of some people is an obvious diversion by offenders off themselves and onto the backs of the public. Well I have had all I am going to have from offenders and their diversions. Sexual boundaries should be part of a parents tutorial to their children, but once those boundaries are crossed it lays square on the backs of the offenders themselves and no amount of "diversion""whining" and "moaning" is going to change that. You mention Church in your post. Knowing that offenders are notorius for being Opportunist and gravitate to those who are either vulnerable and or "accepting" of their status hinders that objective. Many religious organizations have accomadated offenders with specific protocols for attendance in hopes of serving them. Much money, time and effort has been given in this venue. To expect an entire congregation of any religious venue to welcome with open arms and free reign to its members is not only naive' but dangerous. Ask Derek Logue aka fallenone he was booted from his church after groping an unsuspecting girl in the basement. Most churches dont report these incidences, so I doubt you will be able to get any statisical data on the occurrences.
One other thing..the Catholic charities (which I have little use for) own Huge amounts of property in just about every city in the United States. Most people have no idea how much real estate they OWN. I have witnesses entire blocks on run-down housing being bought and converted to sex offender "housing" that decimated the surrounding Home/commercial values under the guise of helping societal outcast (sex offenders) when all the while its an unbrella for real estate tax exemptions, only later to be sold to huge developers for an UNGODLY amount of money.
At least somebody gives a shit, you cold-hearted creep. That registry is as useless as you Val. It makes no sense and protects no one. Let me ask you; why do you insist on humiliating yourself all over the net. I've read so real f-ed up stories about you. You're more dangerous than any offender I've ever met. There should be a list for loose cannons like you. Loser. RL
As a parent, taxpayer and legal US citizen, my frustration with the "system" grows everyday. My efforts are to expose those who would seek to undermine our safety and our Rights.

Best news I've heard all day! Abolish the list...it's as worthless as this here blog. So many innocents are mixed with the truly guilty. Shameful. RL
P.s. I do think they need a gun owner (Concealed weapon) registry. That way, you could be on a list Val!
as usual ya dont read the article in its entirety and ya never scroll down to the comments.

Loser. RL
Look at the bright side RL, I always consider it a "good day" when I fail to make a perv's or their pillow partners Christmas Card List..
